   Guests book spa sessions and activities through Appointments on arrival, so every service has a confirmed slot with no clashes against other guests.

   Charging room and restaurant

   Every purchase from the in-house restaurant or room service is posted through Point of Sale against the room number and service type, rather than collected separately each time.

   One folio per stay

   All of a guest's scattered charges across the restaurant, the spa, and room service accumulate in a single customer account from check-in through to check-out.

   Consolidated check-out invoice

   At check-out a single e-invoice covers every service consumed during the stay and posts its value automatically to the financial ledger, with no need to settle each service separately.
